Insurance, Payments, and Cancellations
Missed Appointments Policy
When you make an appointment, professional time is reserved to provide for your care. Failure to give at least 24 hours notice of cancellation will result in a full charge of your service.
Insurance
Robin Arnold, AP (FL), L.Ac. (VA), is licensed as an acupuncturist by the States of Florida & Virginia.
Since many insurance companies, including Medicare, do not provide full or even partial coverage for the services she provides, she can provide you with a superbill (receipt) to submit to your insurance company if you wish to try to receive reimbursement. This receipt contains the appropriate codes your insurance company would need if your policy entitles you to reimbursement. You are responsible for contacting your insurance company directly to determine the full extent of your insurance coverage and sending the superbill to them directly.
In many cases, your receipt may also be submitted to a Flex Spending Plan or a Health Savings Account for reimbursement.
Payments
All payments are due to Robin Arnold, Licensed Acupuncturist and Holistic Practitioner, at time services are rendered.
